What is Women For Tri?

The Women For Tri program helps transform your basic swim, bike, and run skills into race success. This 10-week program provides the training schedule, club support, and mentorship you need to complete your first Sprint distance triathlon (750m swim, to 20km bike, and 5km run).

The program is partially funded by grants from the Ironman Foundation to promote the sport of triathlon to women.

Will you really get me ready for my first triathlon?

While it is a beginner program we do expect you to have a basic level of swimming, biking and running. We offer clinics that will help you greatly improve all three events, but the program does not teach you how to swim or ride a bike. Club members lead most of the programs; select clinics are led by certified coaches.

When does it begin?
